Cancellation Policy

No-Show & Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

We understand that emergencies can happen, and we appreciate your respect for our time.

Late Arrival Policy
If you anticipate being a few minutes late, please call or text us as soon as possible.
We offer a 15-minute grace period; however, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late,
we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other clients.

SCALP/FOOT MASSAGE - $40
For an additional 30 mins to any services we will spend more time on both scalp and foot, or customize it to your needs.

SCALP ONLY - $20 for 15 mins
FEET ONLY - $20 for 15 mins

Service add-ons incorporated into your massage time.

CUPPING THERAPY - $15
Using special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

AROMATHERAPY - $10
Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health.

FOOT MASK - $15

FOOT SCRUB - $15

BACK POLISH - $15

HOT ROCKS NECK - $15

SCALP TREATMENT - $15

Payment

The total amount of your massage, including occuring add-ons, is due at the end of your massage.
Gratuity is at your discretion.
